The 25-year-old actor was involved in a horrifying car crash on Sunday, September 16 that left him shaken but he now has a new outlook towards life.

Hart Denton, who is better known as Chic from the teen drama 'Riverdale', has shared a brand new photo, looking all suave and safe, since his life-changing accident over the weekend. The 25-year-old actor was involved in a horrifying car crash on Sunday, September 16 that left him shaken but with a new outlook towards life. “Tonight I was sitting in the back of an Uber, stopped in traffic on the 101, when this car slammed into us,” he shared on social media along with a picture of the car, whose front was completely damaged from the accident. The Netflix star explained that he was taking a ride in an Uber car when the scary crash took place.

"I had never been in a car crash before," he continued sharing his experience, "Life immediately feels different. Give someone a big hug and a big kiss. Consciousness is precious."

It is not clear though if Denton suffered any injury during the accident. On Tuesday, he posted another picture from an event held at Netflix, looking much composed, decked in a well-tailored suit.

Fortunately for Denton, his friends and co-stars continue to have his back. No sooner had the 'Riverdale' actor shared the details of his scary accident online, than his co-stars bombarded social media with love and supportive messages. "So glad you’re OK,” Lili Reinhart commented on his Instagram post.

As Mädchen Amick, who plays Denton's on-screen mother Alice Cooper, added, "Ohhhh noooo! I’m so grateful you’re OK honey. Even fans rallied in support. One Instagram user wrote, "I'm so glad ur ok 💙 praying for everyone involved."

"That’s really nice to hear. I hope that u never get in a car accident again," another fan replied, in response to Denton's tweet: "Alive".
